• Coordinar y supervisar los trabajos para la calibración y comprobación de instrumentos
• Coordinar y soportar la logística de cargue, descargue, envío y recepción de herramientas.
• Preparar los trabajos de registros solicitados por los clientes revisando las calibraciones y los pin-check.
• Soportar al coordinador en los eventos de reclutamiento, entrenamiento y promoción del personal de la línea.
• Coordinar el ciclo de certificación de los equipos básicos y equipos de presión
• Elaborar las requisiciones para las compras locales requeridas por las unidades, transportes de herramientas y personal, hospedaje de personal.
• Cumplir con todas las políticas de HSE y Calidad y acudir a las capacitaciones programadas
• Conocer y comprender la Política de Calidad de Weatherford y cumplir con todos los requisitos del Manual de Sistemas de Calidad, Procedimientos Operativos y Técnicos e Instrucciones del Lugar de Trabajo.
• Comprender y cumplir con todas las reglas de seguridad y políticas de la empresa de Weatherford.

• Ingenieria completa.
• +5 años experiencia en operaciones de WL.
• +3 años de experiencia en supervisión.
• Experiencia en manejo de explosivos y radioactivos.
• Licencia de conducir.
• Conocimientos de Open Hole / Case Hole, Pipe Recovery y equipos de presión.
