Job Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop new products, code in C# .NET, Oracle/SQL Server Database programming, utilizing Framework, Winform/WPF/MVVM.
• Develop requirement specifications and project plan specifications for new software development and/or enhancements to existing products; Windows PC based software development and SQL/Oracle database development.
• Sustain and develop company software products to implement new features and/or provide enhanced functionality to existing products.
• Analyze software performance and conformance to design specifications, complete work tickets assigned, adjust the design and/or software as required by the reqirements.
• Follow configuration management policies
• Produce documentation to facilitate production and maintenance of new software.
• Work closely with embedded firmware & hardware design personnel in new product development.
• Draft information to assist in the creation of field use training documentation for new and/or revised products.
• Assist mentoring field personnel and customers in the use of new products and features.
• Maintain excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Assist in the preparation of testing methods for new software products and in automation testing methods for legacy software products.

• Perform various other duties assigned by manager or  supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.  
• Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and technical Procedures, and Workplace instructions.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

This is the fully qualified level job. Has responsibility for developing and maintaining engineering application software for use in Oil/Gas industry. Engages in research to incorporate existing technology into Weatherford's products. 

Essential:

• BS degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering Technology or Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3+ years’ experience in C#, .NET WPF, MVVM, C++ and relational database Oracle/SQL development with experience in programming and building software applications.
• C# and .NET development experience
• Advanced English level

Preferred:

• 7+ years experience in C#, .NET and relational database Oracle/SQL development with experience in programming and building software applications.
• Microsoft Azure Services - DevOps
